HelloFeminine operates under a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it - unopened, unused, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return meets the criteria and is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior return request. Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items delivered for more than 30 days are non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item within 30 days of purchase. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
In compliance with EU regulations, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
